INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 carrot finely chopped
- 10 -12 green peas
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup scarcely chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
- salt & pepper
- 1&1/2 cup of water
DIRECTIONS
- In a tava heat the oil.
- Put the onion in the tava and saute untill golden brown.
- Now put all the other vegetables in the tava and saute for 2 mins.
- Keep it aside.
- Heat the water in a vessel.
- Put the soy sauce & the vegetables in the water and boil for 3 mins.
- Add salt and pepper and serve hot with bread toast.
