This is a tropical recipe with only three ingredients. If you like you could add the optional cranberries.
- 2 cups peeled, diced rippen mango
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh finely chopped mint
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
- In a medium bowl, toss together mango, pineapple, cranberries, and coconut.
- Garnish with mint. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
