In this Italian recipe, spices are mixed with mustard paste and oil and baked. If you have time, marinate the chicken for an hour or two before baking.
- 4 tblsp Dijon mustard paste
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- Mix Dijon mustard,oil, Italian dressing and garlic powder ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add chicken and toss to coat well.
- Bake at 375* for 20 minutes, or until done.
